GlobeServer/MP - Overview

GlobeServer/MP (MP stands for multi-purpose) is a product that has spun off of the GlobeServer/FW development. Some customers and applications have needed customizable web/database/FTP/etc. servers to fit specific needs. Both the GlobeServer/FW and GlobeServer/MP are built on a common base, so enhancements to one provides enhancements to the other.

At the current time, GlobeServer/MP is configured with text-based configuration files, but we do plan on having an easy-to-use graphical interface in the future. Since it is based on the same base as GlobeServer/FW, it has the features such as EZ-Install and a comprehensive backup/restore system.
